Starting as a part-timer making endless “cold calls” to becoming a founder of my own firm, I have dedicated 16 years to the Human Resources industry. I’ve navigated through tough times of unpaid wages and flourished by developing entire business wings from scratch. Every milestone has taught me one truth: People are the heartbeat of every business.

Today, I am dedicated to the heartfelt field of domestic placement (MDW). I believe a home should be a sanctuary—a place to rest and rely on. A dependable helper doesn’t just work; they transform the quality of life for the entire family.
现在的我，投身于家庭服务（女佣）这一极具温情的领域。我认为，家应当是一个让人安心依偎的窝，而一个可靠的帮手能让生活质量质变。
For employers, we provide professional and worry-free matching. For the helpers far from their own families, I wish Yeoh-Homecradle to be their “Home Away from Home”—a place to share their stories and find comfort. This is my original intention and the North Star of Yeoh-Homecradle.
对于雇主，我们提供专业且安心的匹配；对于远走他乡的帮佣，我希望“杨家”就是她们在海外的另一个家。同聚一家，全心关怀。这就是我的初衷，也是“杨家”永远的灯塔。
Many ask why the company is named “Yeoh.” My surname isn’t Yeoh; it was my mother’s. After losing my father to COVID-19 and my mother years prior, “Yeoh” is my deepest tribute to them. “Yeoh” (母亲的姓) represents my mother’s gentle care, while “Homecradle” (家/父亲) symbolizes the sanctuary my father provided. As Yeoh-Homecradle grows, their names and spirit will forever be the guiding light of this journey.
很多人问我，为什么公司叫“杨家”？其实我不姓杨，那是母亲的姓。在父亲因疫情骤然离去、母亲也早已过世多年后的今天，“杨家”是我对他们最深的怀念。“杨”代表母亲的细腻关怀，“家”象征父亲给予的避风港。我希望当“杨家”壮大时，他们二人的精神，能成为这份事业永恒的象征。
爸妈的教训我会永远记得。谢谢你们。

Mdm Yeoh is a remarkable mother. She grew up in a large, traditional family with nine siblings. She barely finished her elementary education since there were so many mouths to feed, but this didn’t stop her from pursuing her interests and moving forward with life.
She endured numerous of the toughest times of her life working as a street food hawker, a cement worker, and so on, yet she devoted her life to her family and children, working tirelessly to ensure that they would never have to worry about being in need.
“You Can replace your job, but the home is not replaceable” Her motto to us, and it is something we must constantly remember.
Madam Yeoh, my Mum, thank you so much for being an extraordinary mother for us.
